XXIII EUROFOODCHEM 2025
| 26-11-2024EUROFOODCHEM XXIII - the profile conference of the Division of Food Chemistry of the European Chemical Society, which has been running in a biennial cycle since 1981, will be held for the first time in Slovakia on 11-13 June 2025 at the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. Its organisers are the Slovak Chemical Society, the National Agricultural and Food Centre and the Faculty of Chemical and Food Chemistry of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. The conference serves as a live platform for those involved in food research, facilitates networking, exchange of the latest knowledge and supports young researchers in their careers. The main theme of the conference is "Chemistry of WINSAF = Waste-less Innovative Safe Attractive Food production".
In addition to plenary, oral and poster presentations, a special poster session "Inspiration for Young Scientists" will take place during the conference, which is open to young researchers together with those who have inspired them in their scientific career - be it an eminent personality or a teacher, parent or mentor. Their joint participation will make way for a plenary lecture at this important event.
