On behalf of the Austrian side the meeting was attended by Her Excellency Mag. Margit Bruck-Friedrich and Commercial Counsellor Mag. Hans Christian Kűgerl and for the Slovak side were present representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Slovak republic, the Chamber of Commerce, NPPC and Secondary Vocational School of Wine and Viticulture in Modra.

The meeting included a presentation of the workplace, the innovation support system for farmers and food producers, as well as formal and non-formal education. During the discussion, questions of existing and further cooperation with Austrian partners were raised, especially in the context of the upcoming calls of the Interreg programme and the Recovery Plan. The possibilities of cooperation in the creation of a modern system of education for viticulture, winemaking and processing of own production in the forthcoming project based on cooperation of the higher territorial unit, NPPC, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Slovak republic, partners from practice with the use of experience and support of Austrian partners were highlighted. Specific areas of possible cooperation in process and product innovation were identified, especially for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and farmers.
