Food industry innovations seminar
| 14-07-2020The seminar was designated for employees of the research, marketing and sales departments of food production companies as well as owners of such companies. The goal was to inform food producers of current trends in the world regarding innovations in food production, methods how to implement such innovations, cooperation with research institutions and means of innovation supported by the government or other support programs. Director of NPPC-VÚP, Ing. Martin Polovka, PhD. participated in this seminar with a presentation called "Innovations and trends in food industry from a scientific point of view - Vision until 2030". The presentation introduced a possibility of a cooperative relationship between food production companies and VÚP research topics. Equally valuable to the seminar participants were various informative publications, such as journal Trends in food industry, which is published by the Food research institute.
